But, we understand that sometimes, packages can go missing or get lost along the way. If that happens, don't panic, we've got your back. Here are the timeframes you should wait before letting us know:
- Domestic Orders: Wait 15 Days from shipping date
- International Orders: Wait 20 Days from shipping date
